Epitaph

No, I've never ridden a calesa, and I've only been to Paris once. So...you might ask, what have I done? Well, I have done the 20 mile Daniel Boone trail with a 25-lb. pack on my back. I've done Half Dome at Yosemite and the Silver Dome in Detroit. I successfully completed business school with an engineering undergraduate degree, wrote a variety of songs, traveled to England, Italy, Spain, Canada, Mexico and East Troy, Wisconsin, raised two daughters and cultivated this web page with my bare hands, and I'm still married and (for the most part) sane.

Of course, none of that will go on my tombstone. It will simply say, "Here Lies Dan, Freed from all Debt."

Addictions

Yahoo Literati - like Scrabble without the work of flipping over the little letters.

You used to find me on the tennis court everyday like clockwork, but now my fingers are glued to the mouse & keyboard.

Heritage

I'm often mixed up, being part Russian, German, Iroquois, and who knows what else. When my dad died in '93, he left me his gold scapular medal which Gramps had left him in '78, and, of course, I lost it at a laundrymat a few months later (you didn't find it, did you?).
