To shield you from the gaze of Mara, Indy (or myself, Salah) must know when you're about to arrive, in order to make time for you in their busy schedule.
River Boats are leaving daily from the (former Victorian Mansion) docks of adventureland to guide you on your jungle cruise to your adventure with Indiana Jones. No reservations are required, there is usually a small or no queue of fellow adventurers, and the price is reasonable (The last I heard it was free due to an endowment from a mouse named Mickey, who visited the Chamber of Earthly Riches.)
We look forward to enjoying your company (and news from the rest of the world,) even if we have already enjoyed it in the Observatory of the Future.I love to know what you folks like best at Disneyland.
The youthful frequently name The-Latest-Greatest attraction.
Some even find the Goofy water fountain is where they had their most fun.
I can have a blast reading a book and waving at the passing trains.
— Oh, and if you find something you found distasteful, please take the matter up at City Hall, on Main Street, straight away during your visit - there is nothing I can do here (I wish I could.)

Downtown here in Louisville, we have a "Galleria," shopping center next to the Starks Building, and the mayor allows musicians to stand outside and perform for the people at lunchtime. I guess, in a way, I feel like a street musician, what with Winston Hardy gone (56 years old: I only barely knew him), and so Rocky's band "The Roadmasters," is out. |
