Jean's Vector Images

Jean is learning to edit vector shapes, and she is getting used to using node editing mode. This is done by selecting a particular shape with the vector selection tool and then clicking on the large Node Edit button that appears on the Tool Options palette To begin, every vector object has certain features, whether it's a simple line or a closed shape of some kind.


Node-Editing Mode

Jean created a vector pumpkin by using a variety of techniques with the Preset Shapes Tool and node editing. Eventually this pumpkin will be turned into a Jack-0-Lantern and animated.



Vector Pumpkin

Jean created an old fashioned hanging heart by creating a vector heart and she created the pattern on separate layers and she used the Airbrush and Retouch tool to create a country effect.

Jean created a vector fish and gave it quite a bit of detail using node editing.
