Spring, 2005
Here is Jay's Paint Shop Pro work that he did in class and for homework.
Jay created a photo collage by using the Freehand tool to draw a selection around the subjects in his photos and then he pasted the selections as new layers in a larger image. He added some text and the result was a nice family memento.
Jay used a diamond mask and Mosaic Glass effect to created this frosted flower effect.
Jay created a Halloween image by placing ghosts on a black background and then adding colorful text.
Jay created some text using different techniques. He used the Cutout effect, highlight and text on a vector circle.
Jay colorized a faded picture of a car and made it look like practically new! He added text to the photograph.
The Cutout effect looks great on a photograph.
Jay used the Mask effect on a photo of Nala, his very shy dog.
Jay created two Easter animations using the Kaleidoscope effect on an Easter egg.
Jay created an Easter logo by rotating an image of a vector rectangle and then placing text on each one of the four sides. He used an Easter Picture tube for the center.
Jay used the photo fill effect to fill each letter of text with a photograph. Then he used Picture Tube leaves to create an autumn effect.
Jay used a photo of a beach scene and added his family to create a new photo.
Jay used the photo of a blue parrot and then he used the Clone Brush to paint the image of the parrot onto a white canvas and then add text. He also created a multi-colored mask using colors on separate layers and then used the colors as a mask over the photo of the parrot.
Jay selected his family and placed them from one photo into another using the Selection Tool.
Jay used a Mask effect on a photograh of some trees.
Jay added text to a photograph of himself as a young boy.
Jay created a rather complicated Christmas Wreath for Christmas of 2003.
