Episode 38: Prophcey
Myotismon has been defeated, or has he? Angewomon had clearly shot her Selestial Arrow strait though Myotismon, but his fog over the city has not lifted yet... in the meantime, Izzy had just recived an e-mail form Jennai. Jennai had found a tablet, and when translated, the tablet explained exactly the 8 Digidestined's situation. The tablet reads:
The sky will be darkend by the wings of many bats
The Fallen will chant the name of the Undead King
The clock will strike the hour of the Beast
And the Undead King will reveal himself as the Beast
Angels will shoot arrows of Hope and Light at the loved ones
Of those they are sworn to protect, and a miricle will happen...
And Always Recycle
This translation really has the Digidestined spooked (especially the last part), but they ignore the tablet for now and return to their homes. At their homes, the Digidestined discover that their familes afe not there (save Joe's brother who hid in a closet, Izzy's parents who were protected by a Digi Force Feild made by Jennai, and Matt and TK's dad who was with them the whole time). The group ditermines that their familes are sitll at the convention center. Matt, TK, and their dad try to leave the city and see if they can navaget through the fog while the others head for the convention center. At the covention center they find all of the people in the city, lying down in perfect rows. Joe's brother (who is studing to be a doctor) says that they're just sleeping. In a corner of the convention center, Izzy's parents tell him the truth about his birth and real parents, which Izzy admits he alrady knew. Izzy forgives his parents though, and he still loves them as parents. Outside the city, TK, Matt, and their dad are lost in the fog and decide to go back when they are attacked by an anphibious digimon (I don't recall their name). When they reach shore, they head for a van, but can escape because the anphibious digimon tip it over before they can get away. In a nearby tree, hundreds of bats awaken, and fly into the sky gathering energy from any leftover stray digimon, including the anphibious digimon. TK's and Matt's dad realizes that the first part of the tablet's prophecy has come true: the sky will be darkend by the wings of many bats. They leave the dock, and head for the convention center. At the convention center, Sora's mom suddenly rises up and begin to chant Lord Myotismon. Izzy has begun to realize that the second part of the prophecy has come true: The Fallen will cant the name of the Undead King, who is Myotismon! TK's and Matt's dad arrive. Matt's dad informs them of the third part of the prophecy: The clock will strike the hour of the Beast. The hour shall be 6 o'clock, 6 minuets, and 6 seconds. It is 6 o'clock right then but the Digidestined are able to leave town fast enough beacue at the hour of the beast VenomMyotismon reveals himself, and he is hungry for the people in the convention center. Agumon and Gabumon digivolve all the way to Metal Graymon and Were Garurumon, and try to defend the Digidestined, while Tai and the other's try to save the people at the convention center but there are too many. Gatomon has an idea that will involve Angewomon and Patamon as Angemon. They both digivolve and go to face VenomMyotismon. At the "battle feild" Metal Graymon and Were Grurumon are weakend by VenomMyotismon and dedigivolve to Agumon and Gabumon. With help form his parents and Tentomon, Izzy translates the last part of the prophecy: Angels will shoot arrows of Hope and Light at the loved ones of those they are sworn to potect. Angemon (Hope) and Angewomon (Light) must shoots their arrows at Tai and Matt, the loved ones of those they are sworn to protect: Kari and TK! Matt and Tai argee to be shot and TK and Kari use their crest to provide the arrows for Angemon and Angewomon. They thrust their arrows at Tai and Matt and a miricle happens...
