Episode 26: Sora's Crest of Love

Tai, Joe, and Mimi have finally met up with Matt, TK, and Izzy, but someone is missing: Sora!  The group tries to remember the last time they heard of Sora but they may have been imagining it...  While looking for Sora the group is attacked by Flymon, Koromon and Tsunomon digivolve to Agumon and Gabumon to help but Birdramon flies out of the bule and destorys Flymon.  Tai, Matt, and TK follow Birdramon to Sora and ask about her where-abouts.  She explains that after she left to find Tai she stumbled on DemiDivimon and Myotismon's conversation of the crests:

Tai: The Crest of Courage,
Matt: The Crest of Friendship,
Izzy: The Crest of Knowlege,
Mimi: The Crest of Sincerity,
Joe: The Crest of Reliability,
TK: The Crest of Hope,

and Sora: the crest of love, but DemiDevimon explained that she will never get her crest to glow.  Tai assures Sora that DemiDevimon was lying but Sora continues her story.  Where she had sprained her ankle her mother would not allow her to play soccer.  "Why don't you understand?!" Sora screams convinced that her mother does not love her.  At the soccer game her team had lost, making Sora even more depressed.  That is why Sora did not know love.  Later that night the kids buid a camp fire and rest.  At Myotismon's castle he sets out to find the DigiDestined.  DemiDevimon finds the kids and uses his DemiDart attack.  Biyomon blocks the attck and absorbs the poison.  Myotismon shows up and the other digimon prepare for battle.  Togemon and Ikkakumon are the first to be taken out by Myotismon's Grizzly Wing and Crimson Lighting.  Then Agumon, Gabumon, Patamon, and Tentomon are taken out.  Biyomon struggles to join the fight but Sora won't allow it.  Biyomon then shouts "Why don't you understand?!" to Sora and it is then Sora realizes that Sora's mother cared for her just as Sora cares for Biyomon.  Biyomon digivolves to Birdramon but is shot down by Myotismon's grizzly wing.  Sora now understands what Love is and her crest begins to glow.  Birdramon Digivolves to Garudamon and user her wing blade to drive away Myotismon.  Garudamon files the Digidestined to a nearby lake to rest, but as soon as the kids get a chance to re-group a dark cloud fills the sky...
