Episode 13: The Lengend of the DigeDestined
TK and Patamon decide to play with the baby digimon when sudden;y Leomon shows up. TK and Patamon try to escape into the saftey of the nursery when suddenly Orgemon appears, threating to squish a baby digimon if they try to escape. As Leomon draws his sword, Garurumon and Matt appear! Garurumon uses his howling blaster to destract Leomon. Tai and Graymon show up and Tai stealily takes the baby digimon from Orgemon. As Garurumon is about to finish off Leomon, three more black gears fly into Leomon's body, and he gows ten times his own size. He casually knows Garurumon out of the way, and he uses his Fist of the Beast king to take care of Graymon. Izzy and Mimi show up and they tell Tai that the digivices have the power to destroy the black gears. Tai appoches the muntant Leomon and thruts his digivice into Leomon's face. Leomon screams in pain from the bright light emitting form Tai's digivice. Matt picks up the idea and joins Tai, and together, they knock out all of the evil that was inside of Leomon, restoring him back to normal. Moments later, Leomon explains to Tai, Matt, Izzy, Mimi, TK and their digimon the legend of the Digidestined. He tells them that only they can stop Devimon. From Leomon's stroy, Izzy conclues that once they have defeated Devimon, that they will be taken back hoem. Leomon ferrys them over towards Infinity Mountain, while futher out Joe and Sora on Ikkakumon and Birdramon travel in the same direction. At the top of Infinity Mountian on Devimon's Temple, Devimon begins to suck up evil energy: the black gears, and even Orgemon to become even larger and stronger. lWhile traveling up the mountian, Tai and the others see the mostrously large Devimon explode from his mountiantop temple. Leomon jums to make the first shot on Devimon but Orgemon pops out and kncks Leomon into the forest. Before Tai and the others digimon get a chance to digivolve, Devimon uses his evil enery to pin the kids and digimon againts the mountain wall. Without warning, a Harpoon Torpedo shoots towards Devimon as Ikkaumon, Joe, Birdramon, and Sora arrive. Devimon tosses Ikkaumon away and swats Birdramon away, and he notices TK, the smallest chiled proficised to destroy him. As he reches out twards TK, the other digimon stop and try to tackel Devimon, who ueses his black energy to knock them all out, leaving only TK and Patamon left. Patamon is now in tears wonering why he won't digivolve, using his useless blow bubbles.As Devimon closes his fist around TK Patamon dives in as a last ditch effort to save TK, and he begins to glow. Patamon begins to digivolve into Angemon. Devimon tries to swat at Angemon but he is too slow. When Angemon is at a safe distance, he raises his staff into the air, and begins to focus the energy of the other digimon into his staff. The other digimon begin to dedigivolve one grade one by one. With the power of all 7 digimon, Angemon consentates the power of his staff into his fist. As Devimon tries to swat at Angemon one last time, Angemon uses his Heaven's Wrath attack to peirce a hole strait though Devimon. Devimon begins to dissolve, and so does Angemon because he had used up fall of his energy executing his attack. Before Angemon disapears completly, he promises to TK that "he will be there when he needs him...", and with that, Angemon dedigivolved into an egg. Grasping the egg for his life, TK promies Angemon that he will bring him back again. Meanwhile, a bulder crumbles, revealing a machene of some sort that pojects the hologram of a misterious stranger...
