Rathwyn moved in last night, and will soon be applying for candidacy at the Dawn Sisters' Weyr. She seems cold and hard at first meet, but as she gets to know others, she usually grows warmer. She talks when spoken to, and speaks when she feels as such, but mostly keeps silent otherwise. Rathwyn is 17 turns of age and as hardened as some of the older candidates thanks to her uncle, who is a hold guard. Rathwyn isn't related to her "uncle" by blood, but she was left on his doorstep as an infant and has been raised under his steel wing ever since. She has icy blue eyes and ebony-colored hair often seen in a coiled braid.
