Lady Rheala is a good and charitable person who likes to help out when she can. So she often adopts, hires, and/or shelters various beings and creatures far in advance. However, the construction rate of her territory is slowing down for various reasons, so she's installed this place, which many here call the Unemployment Agency. What it really is, is a hotel of sorts, designed so that its occupants may live in peace and in the open until they are assigned their duties... This place will probably fill up pretty quickly!
