Ariana has been a wonderful big sister since the birth of Serena. When Serena cried a lot as a baby, Ariana would lean over and patted her and said, "Don't cry Pumpkin." She was always concerned when Serena cried and insisted that mommy or daddy take care of her. She was also known to find a bottle herself for Serena, and only infrequently took toys away from her sister with the insistent "Mine" that all three year olds have.
Now at age five, the two are inseparable playmates. Ariana started Kindergarten and Serena is constantly asking "Where's Na-na?" They fight like all sisters, particularly over toys, but they obviously love one another.
