RENTAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Security Deposit:  $100.00 reservation/security deposit (payable in U. S. Funds Only) is required to confirm all reservations.

Rates:  Rates are for Eight people per two bedroom unit.  An additional $5.00 per day or $30.00 per week is charged per person over the age of 12 years.  Pets are not allowed in rental units.  A $100.00 deposit is required to confirm any reservation.

Check in 3:00 p.m. - Check out 11:00 a.m.:  Renters are allowed visitors for an accumulated total of two weeks in the units.  Beyond two weeks will result in an additional charge on the monthly rate.

Cancellations:  Renters canceling their reservation must give at least two months notice in order to qualify for a refund.  Guest leaving prior to the stated time of departure are subject to a deposit forfeit and will be required to pay an additional rent adjustment depending on the rate schedule.

Cash, Traveler's Checks, Money Order, Cashier's Checks

Furnishings:  All are supplied with linens and basic cooking utensils.

RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Rates include a 11% sales tax or applicable rate of the state.
