MAS Vets lost for the second game in a row, when they were beaten by Melaka Veterans FC in a friendly at Stadium Hang Jebat Melaka. Mahathir opened the scoring to put MAS Vets in front, but Melaka Veterans which was represented by ex-internationals such as Ramli Junit and Wong Kou Fou, bounced back with three well taken goals in the second set.
In the third set, MAS Vets launched numerous attacks but could not breach the opponents defence.
