To support the development of highly literate, healthy learners, who are appreciative of the arts and sports and imbued with desirable values, by providing leadership as well as professional, technical and logistical assistance to schools to ensure sustenance of a child-friendly  learning environment with,

·      Established a Division NFE-Learning Resource Center and organized 10 Literacy-Income Generating Projects (L-IGP)

 

·      Organized 1 Civic Responsibility Awareness for Native Culture and Tradition (CRANCUT)

 

·      Organized 2 SPED Centers -- Naval Special Education Center and Caibiran Special Education Center

 

·      Accomplished 100% School Administrators and 95.5% of Teachers trained in the 2002 Restructured BEC

 

·      Weekly Conceptual Organizer for MAKABAYAN, English and Filipino

 

·      Division 6-year Master Plan (2002-2008)
