·         Supported and participated in some LGU and other National Government celebrations e.g. Annual Town Fiesta, Biliran Provincehood Anniversary, Statistics Month, Customer Welfare Month, Nutrition Month, Boy and Girl Scout Camporals, Jamborees.

·         Participated in “Halad sa Birhen” Celebration

·         Observed all the national celebrations on special events related to education like Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa, UN Celebration, Christmas/Yuletide Celebrations with Search for the Queens/Kings, Valentine Celebration with Search for Miss Valentine, Muse of the School

·         Exposed the pupils and students to school programs, cultural presentations/competitions and conferences

·         Organized different school clubs and other organizations to cater the interest of the pupils with 10 Drum and Lyre Corp, 6 Science Club and 1 rondalla.

·         Published school papers like

-    “The Beckon” of Naval Central School

-   “The Seaside Echo” of Atipolo Elem. School

-   “The Northern Star” of Tucdao NHS

-   “Vas Honorables” of Cathedral School of La Naval

-   “The Seastrand” of the Naval School of Fisheries

-   “The Flute” of Kawayan National High School

-   “The Journey” Official School Paper of Manlabang NHS

-   “The Molder” of Naval Institute of Technology

-   Biliran TEEP Prospective

 

·         Participated in all Athletics competition and gained awards

·         Supported Naval National High School, the Regional Sports Pilot High School

·         Organized Community Reading Centers in all municipalities and some barangays
