Strategies / Thrusts / Programs · Conducted a massive cluster-based training on the Restructured BEC in April to May 2002. · Developed weekly conceptual organizer in Makabayan, English, Science and Filipino. · Conducted a total of 2 school-based INSETs in Mathematics and 18 division-managed training in English & Filipino. · Conducted periodical assessment tests, school-based achievement test and evaluated the results. · Continuous class observations and checking of lesson plans and mobilized the district supervisors & school administrators to conduct close supervision using a monitoring form instrument. · Conducted regular LEAP/LAC session by district. · Identified innovations to increase achievement and performance of the pupils/students and utilized modern technologies e.g. computers, television set, etc. in classroom instruction. · Conducted academic competitions in the school and division levels such as: Super Quiz Bee, Tourism Quiz, Science Quiz Show, Statistics Quiz, Civil Registration Quiz, PopEd Quiz. · Availed scholarship grants for deserving pupils/students and teachers. · Instilled values education to pupils and students by giving time to religion classes and values education subject · Attended dental needs and extended monthly nursing services to pupils/students like weighing, deworming and others in coordination with the Department of Health and other agencies in their health and nutrition programs ·
