"I'll kill you."
"Heh!" Gojyo smirked as violet eyes glared at him over the barrel of a gun.
"Ma, maybe it's time we all went to bed anyway." Hakkai said, yawning.
Gojyo's grin widened suggestively at that remark, but before he could say anything further Sanzo's gun was in his face again.
"Don't even think about it." the blonde commanded.
"Oyasumi nasai!" Hakkai called out as he left the room.
"Che!" Gojyo huffed as he turned and slumped out after him.
A little ways down the hall Gojyo looked up to see Hakkai leaning against the doorframe to his room, smiling amusedly at him.
Gojyo stopped, raising an eyebrow in question.
"It's impressive how you continue to make those kind of comments around Sanzo when you know he's only going point his gun at you for it."
"What can I say? I love getting a rise out of that guy." Gojyo grinned.
"One could call that flirting?" Hakkai remarked, arching an eyebrow.
"What? No way. I mean come on. He drinks, he gambles, he's a killer... I don't know why sex is the only thing he's a prude about. It's ridiculous... And great fodder for entertainment." Gojyo added, winking mischievously.
"So you are merely teasing him in that nature because you know it will provoke a reaction? Nothing else?"
"Exactly."
"A-ha." Hakkai nodded, amused and unconvinced.
"It's like with Goku, his buttons are so easy to push, so why the hell not?" Gojyo said, flippantly shrugging his shoulder as he rested himself against the wall.
"Hmm. I suppose then, that I am not so fun to tease?"
Gojyo's eyebrows flew up in surprise, not having considered it before.
"I guess I don't see anything worth teasing about in you."
"Oh."
And Hakkai looked just the tiniest bit dissappointed for some reason.
And not liking to dissappoint a pretty face Gojyo hitched himself off the wall, leaning up close to said pretty face and grinning slow and sly...
"What I mean is, I can't find any flaws in you to tease you about. To me, you're perfect."
"Oh." Hakkai gasped, beginning to blush.
Gojyo leaned in even closer, his lips almost brushing against Hakkai's ear as he crooned,
"But then again, now that I know giving you compliments makes you blush so pretty I just might have to flirt with you more often."
"Goyjo!"
"Oyasumi!" the redhead waved over his shoulder as he headed off to his room, smirking to himself as Hakkai sputtered after him.
