RN14 John Wolf (ID 1-2-2-7),⁴ (Michael,3 Jacob,2 Michael1) b. 1806, KY, d. 1863, Crowley's Ridge, Cross Co., AR, m. 1826, Athens (then the county seat, Izard Co., AR, Margaret Livingston (RN 140).  John Wolf moved with his family to Calico Rock by Keel-boat in 1831.  The family had to cut a path through the dense bottom to higher ground, where he built a temporary hut of poles where they lived until a log cabin could be built.  He was a chaplain in the Confederate Army and took sick while on duty.  His body was buried somewhere near where he died but the exact place of his grave is unknown.  See RN7 & 22.

RN15 Lucinda Wolf (ID 1-2-2-8),4 (Michael,3 Jacob,2 Michael1) b. 1807, KY, is often confused with her niece Lucinda Wolf (RN25) who is the daughter of Major Jacob Wolf.  Due to the confusion, 
material credited to this person in the book about the Adams family is credited to the Lucinda Wolf (RN25) instead in this record.  Therefore, there is nothing known of this person to record here.  There may be the two Lucindas  or there may only be one Lucinda Wolf.  Regardless, there is information about only one and this publication supports the theory that the material belonged to the daughter of the Major and not to his sister, thus it is found in another place in this record.  See RN7 & 22.
