The Altar of Brass
This was the altar on which the Israelites were to offer thier sacrifices
to God to reconcile their sin.
The sacrifice was tied down.
Jesus, the Lamb of God, was
nailed to the cross, sacrificed for our sins.
"...John saw Jesus coming toward him
and said,
'Behold! The Lamb of God
who takes away the sins of the world!'"
