Yes. Here is the first one: Read every page of this site! Before you believe what the next expert on TV is saying or a new "bestseller" is claiming, do yourself a favor. Read through Day Trading Tutor from start to finish. I feel this is the best day trading tip I can give you.
When most people ask for tips, they usually want you to tell them which stock or currency to buy or sell at a particular time. It's funny. New traders spend all this time reading books, searching the web, trying to learn how to trade - and at the end, they want you to tell them what to do! "Do you have any good tips?," they ask.
People, stop fooling yourselves!
Don't ask for day trading tips like that. If you want someone to tell you what to buy and when to do it, then hire a professional money manager that specializes in trading. If you are one of these guys that are always asking for tips even after you learn how to day trade, then a professional manager might be a good option for you. You may also want to consider an automated trading program.
