Are AstroCams any good? Some people love em, some people hate em. Here's what I think...

So, are AstroCams any good? It depends upon your expectations. Remember how crap 110mm cameras are. Remember that you built the camera yourself. Realise that the rocket is moving when the shot is taken. I've taken 2 full rolls of film, and these are the only shots worth showing. I've got a couple of very vague horizon shots, and the rest are out of focus clouds and sky. So really they're OK, but I want something better, something that takes more than one shot per flight. Introducing, the APStrocam.
At Pace I worked with a bloke called Neale Hall. He flew rockets a few years ago ( although I think he's given up now as he's given me his Astrocam). These pics were taken with his Astrocam, somewhere in North Wales. He did tell me exactly where, but I wouldn't know where to begin to spell it!
