Truly a wolf simulation, Wolf, places you in the game, not in the traditional style of a toony animated adventure but in the life of a timber wolf complete with all the dangers of man, and nature, there's no gimmies here, you survive or you don't, many different play options enable you to take on different objectives, some as easy as to kill a hare or some as complicated as finding a mate, mating, raising pups, rising to alpha status in the pack or surviving the winter with a debilitating wound. I've owned Wolf for about 6 or 7 years, Not a well known game but captured my attention on a video game store's shelf all those years ago, I've not seen it on a shelf for quite a few years now, in fact I've not seen or heard anything of it for a while let alone seen it. If your not a technology freak who always needs the best of the best available, you'll probably enjoy Wolf with it's uncomplicated graphics and good game play. It will run on almost anyone's computer and probably that old computer you have in the corner of the basement collecting dust. So enjoy Wolf and post your comments, questions, ideas, etc in the discussion board below. |
