PL-Cascade 6.6% 40 min 0.50 oz. PL-Cascade 6.6% 20 min 0.50 oz. PL-Cascade 6.6% 10 min Boil temperature of water: 212F Grain Starting Temperature: 70F Desired Grain/Water Ratio: 1 quarts/pound Strike Water: 7.25 gallons of water at 169F First Mash Temperature: 152F Notes: Use Wyeast #1056 (Chico) American Ale Yeast - build a 1/2 gal. starter. SCHEDULE: - Lactic acid in the strike water. - Mash for 60 minutes at 155 F. - Lactic acid in the sparge water. - Sparge - mash out at 170 F. - collect ~13 gal.; then boil for 75 minutes - 1.5 oz Centenniel pellets @ 60 min. - 1.0 oz Cascade plugs @ 40 min. - 1 tsp.
