I've been on a WikiKick since discovering the joys of Wikipedia. Wiki's are websites that anyone can create/modify. The original Wiki was created by Ward Cunningham, but that web site focuses on computer science related information. Wikipedia is an encyclopedic wiki, as the name implies, that has thousands of articles on various subjects. It's a very useful information source.
Another interesting wiki is Ganfyd, a free medical knowledge base (anyone can read Ganfyd, but editing the wiki is only open to approved medical professionals and invited guests).
There's even a health informatics wiki out there called Clinfowiki.
In my opinion, wikis are proof that anarchy is beautiful and works quite well.
