This was my prior comments on Spedia:
STATUS: CRAPPY - I've decided to drop Spedia from my top recommendations (as seen on the prior page). I have received 2 checks from them promptly, so there's no complaint about that. However, frankly speaking, their viewbar is pure crap. It works half-decently for me, but I've received numerous complaints from referrals that it doesn't work at all for them. I'm resigned to the fact that this will never be an effective residual income producer. To top it off, their customer service is dreadful. You will never get a personalized response. Bottomline, use it if it works for you, but don't waste a lot of time getting referrals. This is a good example of my key strategy to maximizing gains. Remember, the key to making larger checks is through your referrals. If the program doesn't work for them, you won't even see a penny from a thousand direct referrals. So maximize your gains by using your time most effectively. Find which programs work for you best, and concentrate your recruiting efforts on those few. Until and unless Spedia gets its act together, it's off my top list.
This is my current review of Spedia:
STATUS: SCAM! - Spedia paid off on two smaller checks last year, but when my account had accumulated to the largest amount I was ever due (over $150), they didn't pay me. Instead they did a "CashFiesta" on me. They sent me a notice that my account was immediately terminated for cheating.

The accusation is laughable. They accuse me of using this "TREMBLER" program to cheat them back in last July. Why keep my account active for another 6 months (and letting me waste my time using their viewbar and referring new people to their program), if I supposedly cheated them? It's all a joke, and the joke is on me, because they dumped me and never paid me the money I earned for them.
Spedia doesn't answer email. They only give automated responses.
The only way to battle them is to complain to the California Better Business Bureau or seek possible legal remedies through the State Attorney General
