CIS Computer Club- Grant Application

Applications may be submitted by any student enrolled in one or more CIS/BOS classes this Spring semester and who will be continuing their education at College of Marin in the Fall.Please fill this form out completely, as incomplete forms will be disqualified. You must include recommen- dations from at least two (2) CIS,BOS or BUS instructors. Applications received after the announced deadline will be disqualified. Designated CIS/BOS/BUS faculty will rank applicants. The CIS Computer Club President and Vice President will approve funding. The number and amount of the Award grants vary according to the CIS Computer Clubs treasury, but usually range between $100 and $150 dollers each. Checks will be formally awarded at a CIS Computer Club event in the fall, following verification of winner's enrollment at the College of Marin. Please direct any questions you may have to the CIS Club Advisor or BIS Department Chair.
