REVIEWS |
Movies like Casablanca are the reason the genre "classics" was created. It's not merely a great film, it is the very definition of perfection. Considering that I'm rarely fond of romance films, I can't see any reason why anyone wouldn't like this movie. But Casablanca isn't just a romance film, even though it is without a doubt the best-told love story of all time. It's not just about the love between two people. It's about selflessness and doing what is right instead of doing what you'd like. |
