| Opening | Call to Order (raising right hand
above head, waiting until all girls do the same).
Welcoming Song (Where is _____.) Girl Scout Promise. Out troop Song (I‘m a Little Daisy) |
| Sharing | Explain that in order to earn the
Daisy Center Petal and the Daisy pin, each girl must know
the Promise by heart. Let them know that we will be
making Christmas cards for the elderly today and earning
their Spring Green Petal/considerate and caring. Go over
the Girl Scout law on the wall. Talk about field trip to
Christmas shoppe. Talk about our other service project of
food for Christmas Dinner. Tell girls to gather food
donations from mom, dad, grandparents, aunts and uncles
and to bring to the next meeting. |

| Program Activity 2 | Talk about what songs we will sing at
Christmas Shoppe. Send home with girls a list of songs
with words. Practice singing while we do our next
project. Make Christmas swap for next mascot host. Christmas Stockings Sing, sing, sing. If we still have time, give swap kits to girls to put together, sing songs, color Christmas pages |
| Clean Up | Remember, a Girl Scout always leaves a place in better condition then when she found it. |
| Closing | Girl Scout Squeeze two times, happy thought. Sing our Troop Song and recite the girl scout promise. |
