First, we would like to say THANK YOU for wishing to host our Mascot. She will be delighted to join your troop for a visit. Our Mascot will be shipped from Montana to you on ____________________________.

Please send an email to ______________________________ when she arrives and let us know she is well and happy.

1) Gifts for you. Our troop has made swaps for each of you.
2) Post Cards from Montana and other places she has visited.
3) Pictures of our troop and city.
4) Our Mascots Journal
5) A letter of introduction and instruction for our Mascot.
6) Artwork by our troop
All of the items listed above except the journal are for you to keep. Please enjoy!

We ask, that when you before you send our mascot back to us you include the following:

1) SWAPS for us. (we have ___ girls and ___ adults in our troop)
2) _____________ post cards, so that with each stop our mascot makes, she will be able to leave a post card from the places she has been.
3) Pictures (be careful about taking pictures of individual girls)
4) Your entries in the journal
5) A letter about your troop.
6) Artwork by your troop

Before we can send our mascot to you, we need the Confirmation Sheet completed. Please fill in and send back.

Thank you so much for hosting our Mascot. We just know she will have tons of fun and will make lots of new friends. Plus, we get to learn about you. How fun this is going to be. All we ask is that you give our Mascot lots of hugs and take real good care of her. She is very special to us and we all love her very much.
