This is a view toward the MTU campus I took on the way to class. The lower Daniell Heights apartments are in the foreground, campus in the middle, and the Quincy Copper Mine shaft is visible on the horizon.(Click picture for a better view.)
This is a panoramic shot I put together of the upper Daniell Heights at night, the University Apartment complex, where I have resided my first and last years at MTU. Notice the snowbanks, almost as high as the buildings. (Also notice that you can wrap around one end to the other to get a complete circular view.)
A daylight view of our apartment building
The apartment we lived in for two years. If you climb up the rock bluff directly behind the apartment pictured to the left during the early spring melt, you'll see this view to the northeast. (The MTU campus is visible near the eastern skyline.)
The SDC (Student Development Complex) where all the basketball, wallyball, raquetball, hockey, and other sports take place.
On Campus, buildings from left to right: EERC, DOW, Civil
