If you ended up back on this page, it was either due to
an invalid ID number in the code on the previous page or the new page is still in the
queue and hasn't officially been added to the ring.
The URL address is always verified before it is added to the ring. Once in a while an
address will turn up missing in the 'lost and found' category for reasons unbeknownst to
others. When this happens the corresponding site will be moved back to the queue until
the problem is corrected.
ATTENTION! RING MEMBERS! I added two new images to the
HTML code to jazz the ring up a little bit. Please scroll down the page
and add the revisions to your page. The images may change in the future,
but the code will remain the same. The one on the left goes to the previous
site and the one on the right will go to the next.
Also I don't need two links going back to the homepage, so the
'Hear the ROAR Ring' link now shows a list of the ring members, if
you change the link.
More rings are being added to the 'Hear the ROAR' ring.
Please add the HTML fragment somewhere on your
Roar page. If the HTML fragment doesn't get emailed to you,
you can also scroll down and copy the code from this page. You can
email me if you need
your ID. I will also try to post any messages or news about this ring on this page.
I made a slight change to the code - just deleted the following: bgcolor="ffffcc",
which just removes the color to allow the background to show through.
I think the text will show up better now. Please make the change to
your page. This only effects the first few pages to join the ring.
If you want to be added to the 'Hear the ROAR' Ring, please fill out the form below.
You'll then be sent an email confirming that your site has been added to the Queue.
Before you can be added to the ring, you'll need to add the HTML fragment for the ring
to your page. Once you have added the HTML fragment
to your page, e-mail me at
2stiward@concentric.net and, provided your site meets the criteria,
I'll add you to the ring.
In order to join the ring, make sure that:
You are the webmaster or owner of a Roar web site.
The HTML fragment appears on the site.
Your site does not infringe on any copyrights, i.e. using logos or images belonging to
Universal Studios or the Fox Network without permission.
Your site is devoted to Roar and contains some content in addition to just links.
If your site meets all the requirements, it will be added to the ring.
All applications are subject to approval.
It may be that you cannot gain access to WebRing
for some
reason. All sites go down from time to time. If you want to join the ring, you can always send email to
MeowRoar and ask to add you to the queue.
I'll be updating the Index page from time to time, but the current
Ring and
Queue
pages are
to be found on the WebRing database. A Hearty Roar Thank You to all the people who have joined the 'Hear the ROAR' Ring so
far.
Current members may edit their site information here
Upon approval your code will be e-mailed to you to be inserted into your
HTML code.
Once you have added the code, that part of your page should look like this:
