On the 15th of March, 2007, my very, very special friend,
Ephraim Bacani, celebrated his 18th Birthday.

For some reason, 18 is a very big number to us all--maybe
it's related to thefact that we get to drive, drink, and do
other things not permissible to minors at this age?:p

For another queer reason, I, Cz, decided to put off getting a
present for the said Ephraim Bacani until
such time that it was impossible to get him a real gift.

Instead, I decided to use whatever "talents" I have stored
in me to create an "ingenious" and resourceful gift for the Ephraim Bacani.

This site was made solely for him, within one
week... hence the "rushed" effect.:|
