Background on my Tae Kwon Do - three years training from 1980 - 83, quite after leg injury.  Also 2 years of nunchuku weapon training. 
Note:  This is a no steroid zone.  It's the worst when I see guys full of steroids giving advices to other people.  Just tell the truth.
