The member showcase page is not a requirement for participation in Cyber Poet's Niche Yahoo Chat Club, but it is a privilege granted only to those who are members and only with their permission. Copyright and content of the material presented on a showcase page is solely the property of the author who may assign rights as he or she chooses. No other reproduction of the material is authorized.

The questionnaire below is used to help the webmaster of this website prepare the showcase page. The material and information gathered will be used only for that purpose unless otherwise stipulated by the responder.

The little questionnaire below is being used to set up a member page for you that will display those poems you authorize us to post to the Club website which is located at the URL: http://www.geocities.com/Soho/Bistro/2298 (on this page).

There are only ten yes/no, fill-in the blank, and short answer questions. Let's get started!

Q1:    Do you want to be listed on the Club website? (yes/no)

If no, please send this letter back in reply with the word "NO" and your club nickname at the top. The reply will confirm that you have received this letter.

Q2:    Would you prefer to give us blanket authorization to reprint

your work rather than you select individual pieces?

3. whatever suits the page (yes/no)

Q3:    Would you like to see news about fellow members on the

page for club news (e.g.: weddings, promotions, additions to
the family, moving, publication, new websites)? (yes/no)

3. or would you prefer to send us finished copies edited since posting (you may send what you want displayed according to the message board guidelines up to a dozen items).

Please note the dozen items to a page is not meant as a hard restriction. It is merely that more than a dozen poems tend to slow the loading of the page with exception always for some short form verse such as Haiku or Tanka. If necessary, we can set up multiple pages.

Q7:    Do you want music on you page? (yes/no)

Selections are available on our own midi page, Music Files, or you may send us a midi file if you also send us the URL from which you obtained this file (note: if the site is no longer on line, we cannot use the file). Sending the title only of a song in public domain is also okay.

Q8:    Do you want a specific graphic on your page? (yes/no)

You may send a specific graphic for development of theme set as background and function graphics. Again, please note the source of the graphic if from a collection or site requiring back link for use.

You may also choose freely from the graphic page on site Choose Your Graphics. Just note the color set and specific background.

Q9:    Do you want any biographical material noted on your

page? (yes/no)

Biographical material would include answers such as: real name, age, location, gender, educational background, occupation, marital status, personal insight or comment, etc.. You are not required to answer all these questions and you are welcome to address any you can think of that are not listed.

This information would appear just under the page title.

Q10:   Do you wish to provide an e-mail address for feedback

by page viewers, or to receive feedback?

If yes, please provide an e-mail address.
