Some of the most imporant places in Pakistan are the Shahi Fort and Badshi mosque Lahore. These buildings were built by Mughal kings five hundred years ago. Shai Fort is now used to imprison political workers. Moango Daro is the monument of ruined city , thousand years ago. Taxila city is also a historic ruined city of thousand years ago.
I live in a city called Bahawalpur. It is historic city of the country. It is situated near a huge desert. There are big palaces of the rulers , before independence of country. In the middle of the desert there is wonderful very old fort Dirawer. It is very old and quite alone in the mid of vast desert. In the moonlit nights dears come out of their hidden places. Cruel hunters have killed majority of them , yet there are sweet innocent wild deers
Eids holidays are according to Islamic calender. People keep fast for one month and at the end of month they celebrate eid days. All the members of family gather at their parental home. meet their old friends; enjoy sweet dishes. Children are given special amount of money by mom, papa, uncles and aunts.
For fun people gather in the evening to have a chat or play games. Games in villages are very interesting, they play Kabaddy, which is resembled to resling. They also enjoy local folk songs and flutes.
I enjoyed a lot my childhood in a village. It was close to nature. The school over there was beautiful, and moolit nights were exciting for us to play the wonderful games like hide and finde.
Now a days in village Cricket and football are the most popular sports, because media have made it popular. In villages kabaddy, because it is the best way to judge manhood.
I think that people perceive Pakistan as a religious fundamentalist rigid country. But they are wrong. I think pakistani people are not like that as they are being projected by foreign media.

I love my country beacause of its rich traditions and culture...culture which strengthens our family life.

We believe in strong and sincere friendship, and in Love and Care.
