Company “K” was consolidated 24 Oct. 1863 with Companies “E” and “H”.  Company officers at the regiment’s organization were as follows:

, Captain, age 29, Captured at Island No. 10, sent to Camp Chase, Ohio.  Transferred to Johnson's Island, 26 April 1862.  Sent to Vicksburg, Ms. to be exchanged, 1 Sept. 1862. Re-elected at the regiment’s reorganization.  He was wounded at the Battle of Franklin, Tn., 30 Nov. 1864, loosing a thumb and two fingers on his right hand.  John was born 12 Dec. 1833 to Elisha Paschal and Rachel McClain in Henry Co., Tn.  After the war Capt. Paschal returned to Henry County were he farmed, bought, sold and prized tobacco.  He married 9 Nov. 1859, Malinda Jane Nantes (Nance).  Died 28 Aug. 1898, age 65.
Wyat Yow, lst Lt., age 45, Captured at Island No. 10, sent to Camp Douglas, Ill.  Exchanged 23 Sept. 1862.  His name also appears on records of prisoners received at McDowell's College, St. Louis, Mo., 4 April 1862, (National Archives).  Discharged at Jackson, Ms., Oct. 1862, because of ill health.  He was the son of John and Elizabeth Yow of Henry Co., Tn. (Wyatt C. Yow, age 40, 1860 Henry Co., Tn.  Census).  Married Rebecca Jones, daughter of Willis Jones and Rebecca Sowell of Calloway Co., Ky.
Elisha Paschal, 2nd Lt., age 31, Captured at Island No. 10, sent to Camp Chase, Ohio, transferred to Johnson's Island, 26 April 1862.  Sent to Vicksburg, Ms. for exchange, 1 Sept. 1862.  Promoted to lst Lt. at the regiment’s reorganization, 30 Sept. 1862, Jackson, Ms., Robert B. Hendricks succeeded him as 2nd Lt. He married Elizabeth Ellen Martin, 28 Sept. 1854, in Henry Co., Tn. Born 11 Nov. 1831 in Henry County, died 31 Dec. 1904 in Henry County.  His wife Elizabeth was born 29 Nov. 1838, and died 8 May 1907.  They are both buried in the Mill Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Henry County. (U.  D. C. # 57/589 and 57/585).  Elisha was a brother to Capt. John D. Paschal.
Robert Benjamin Hendricks, 3rd Lt., age 29, Captured at Island No. 10, sent to Camp Chase, Ohio.  Transferred 1 May 1862 to Johnson's Island, Sandusky, Ohio.  Exchanged at Vicksburg, Ms., 1 Sept. 1862.  Promoted to 2nd Lt., 30 Sept. 1862, at the regiment’s reorganization, Jackson, Ms. He was reported as being
sick at Vicksburg, Ms. Wounded at Franklin, Tn., 30 Nov. 1864.  He died 2 Dec. 1864 and is buried in the McGavock Confederate Cemetery (Carnton), section 52, grave # 14, Franklin, Tn.  He married Sarah Jane Warnick, 23 March 1858, in Henry Co., Tn.  His wife received a Confederate widows pension # 197.  His parents were James Hendricks and Mary Abbot.  Robert was born 8 Jan. 1832 in Henry County.  Rennolds' History, page 227, Lt. Hendricks served as a train inspector at Columbus, Ga.

Cyrus M. Orr married Jane Dodd Wilson, daughter of Sweptson Wilson and Dolly Key of Henry Co., Tn., 2 Nov. 1866.  He was born 11 Jan. 1842 and died 6 Aug. 1931.  Cyrus and Jane Orr are buried in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Henry Co., Tn. Born in 1835, died      . and is buried with his wife in the Hazel Cemetery in Calloway Co., Ky. (Tn. Confederate Pension # 8713, this application was rejected.  Ky. Pension # 2883, received 3 June 1912, Calloway Co., Ky.  Living 10 May 1917, name appears on a list of Confederate Veterans living in Calloway Co., Ky., age 82.  Fredric Wilson professed to be a Baptist Minister.  He was known to his family as Uncle Fed.  He was furloughed April of 1864, while at Mobile, Ala., because of ill health.  He returned home to Henry Co., Tn. and did not return to the war.  In a statement made 16 Jan. 1907, Fredric says he was not discharged.

Wilson, William Duncan, age 21, Captured at Island No. 10, sent to Camp Douglas, Ill.  Exchanged 23 Sept. 1862.  Promoted to Sgt. of Co.”E”, 30 Sept. 1862 at Jackson, Ms. Wounded and captured at Ezra Church, Ga., 28 July 1864.  He was wounded in the right arm, that resulted in amputation. In Rennolds' History, page 190, W. D. Wilson was wounded after picking up the colors after the color bearer had been shot.  In Sgt. Wilson's own words, he tells about an incident that occurred after the battle.  "I was laying on the ground that night and heard a man crying for a drink of water.  Crawling over the bodies of dead men, I found the man and gave him a drink. I did not know whether It was one of our men or not." After he was captured, Wilson spent several weeks in area military hospitals.  He was then sent to Camp Douglas, Ill.  Transferred to Point Lookout, Md., 14 March 1865.  Son of John Brent Wilson and Sarah Elizabeth Kelly of Calloway Co., Ky.  Born 15 Sept. 1841, Calloway Co., Ky., died 21 March 1936, Conyersville, Henry Co., Tn.  He married in 1870, Martha (Cochran) Blain, a widow.  They are buried in the Hazel Cemetery in Calloway Co., Ky. (Tn.  Confederate Pension # 311, Henry Co., Tn.). Wilson W. Dee is filed with W. D. Wilson at the National Archives, See Co.”E”.  William Duncan Wilson is a great great grandfather of the compiler.
