The Cauldron
The cauldron is usually a three-legged pot made of iron. They range in size from a few inches to many feet. The cauldron is reprisenative of the womb and the void of death before rebirth. Often times the cauldron is filled with something. During sping rites, it can be filled with water and fresh flower petals and in the winter, fires can be lite with in the cauldron to symbolize the rebirth of the sun. It can also be filled with water and used for scrying into the future. In some covens the athame is placed within the cauldron to reprisent the joining of the God and Goddess.
Finding or Making a Cauldron
Making a cauldron is out of the question. Finding one is almost as hard try looking at antique stores and if you find one hold on to it. A porcelin bowl of the same shape will work just as well.
The cauldron is related to Water.
Since it reprisents the womb, the cauldron is related to the Goddess
