Earth Bed Healing Spell

Find or clear a spot of bare fresh soil. Sit or lie on the spot, feel the cool firm soil. Now, feel pain and sickness leaving your body and being replaced by the cool comforting energies from the soil. Feel the pounding of the earths energy beat along with your heart untill you whole essence is pounding with healing energies. Stay and absorb the energies until you no longer feel ill or hurt. When finished thank the earth for it's help and bury a small shiney bead or stone at the spot . This spell works best if you find a spot beneath a large tree.
