Candle Meditation

1 White Candle

 

Sit down and make yourself comfortable turn off all lights, music, TV's and other distractions. Place the candle in front of you and light it. Stare into the flame and concentrate. Feel it's heat and movement of the flame, stare into the flame until your staring through it into it's essence. Feel the warm glow of energy and look to see if it's trying to show you something. Look for patterns or shapes within the fire but don't concentrate to closely or you'll fall out of the trance. Once you have become full emersed in the meditation stay for as long as you like.
