Altar Setup
Setting up your altar can be done quite a number of ways, usually the altar is divided into three sections the God section the Goddess section and the center shared by both.

Place the tools sacred to the God and Goddess in their respective areas, including either a statue or a candle reprisenting each deity. Below is a list of all the tools and their standard place on the altar.

The center is usually occupied by whichever tools will be used most in that ritual. The cauldron can also be placed on the Goddess side and a broom can be rested against the God side.
Some people chose to set the altar up with tools to correspond with each element.
It's not necessary to have every tool listed above, all thats necessary really is two candles and the tools for that specific ritual.
