I couldn't go another day without having you as my wife. I thought and long and hard about this after you left to go home and I dcided that there is no need to wait. We know that we are meant to be together so why delay the obvious.

I fiddled with my tuxedo as I watched my best friends get ready. Nicky was having a hard time getting the ascot to lie straight and as usual Howie was fixing each strand of his hair, making sure that his curls were oh so perfect. Brian and Kevin were dressed and practicing the song that I had written for keavy and would have them help me sing. I wasn't nervous, to be honest nothing ever felt as right as this wedding did. I was anxious, anxious to see Keavy sweep down the aisle on her father's arm, anxious to hear her promise to love me forever and to slip the band on her finger and breathless knowing that in mere moments I would marry the world's 9th wonder of the world, the shining star I had wished for all my life. I smiled when my mother walked in, she looked so happy and beautiful. "I love you momma"
"I love you too baby boy and I am so proud of you" My mother hugged me tight.
"Have you seen her yet mom?"
"She looks radiant, the vision of the perfect bride, she is happy, excited and ready to marry you" My mother held out a slip of paper and left me alone to read it.

You have surprised me again, I cannot beleive that I will soon be your wife.. I never thought that a tattooed american would come into boring Ireland and sweep me off my feet. I love you more then this letter or my words could ever tell you.
