AJ and Angel walked hand in hand down the hallway toBrian's apartment. AJ went for the doorhandle and feltsomething wet on it. He looked down to see his hand covered in blood.
"Oh, god, Brian." AJ quickly opened the doorand rushed inside.
"Oh, no." Angel grabbed her chest in shock atwhat she saw. There was blood smeared all over the walls. "Brian!" Angelcalled out.
"I get the funny feeling that he's not alive,baby." AJ said walking around the apartment. He walked into the bedroom andto the bathroom. When, he pulled open the shower curtain he foundBrian.
"Oh, god." AJ covered his mouth to stop thevomit. Brian layed in a pool of his own blood and organs.
"What is it?" Angel walked into the bathroomand stopped when she saw Brian.
"This has to stop." AJ rushed out of the bathroom. Nick and Danielleentered the apartment.
"What's going on, AJ?" Nick questioned withtears in his eyes.
"I don't know, Nick."
"This has gone too far." Danielle said.
"Look, AJ, I have to apologize for accusingyou so quickly." Nicksaid.
"As far as the cops are concerned...I'm stillthe lead suspect."
"Yeah...but...you just got out of jail andBrian's already..." Nick stopped.
"No, Nick. I've been with Angel. We just got back from the jail. Icame here to see Brian. He was going to tell me who was doing all ofthis." AJ quickly said.
"So he knew?" Nick asked. AJ nodded.
"Well, how convenient." Danielle said. "AJfinds out that Brian knows the truth, then Brian winds of dead. I mean,what else would be the motive. I know Brian didn't sleep with you."Danielle got in AJ'sface.
"Dani, don't." Nick pulled her back.
"Where's Angel?" Danielle asked. "I want toget to her before AJ kills her too."
"You're the psycho bitch who's accusing everybody!" AJ snapped.
"AJ, what's going on?" Angel walked into the room.
"Oh, you're okay." Danielle ran to Angel andhugged her.
"Of course I'm okay." Angel smiled. "Now forthe twist." Angel's tone suddenly changed. "AJ, come here."
"What? Why?" AJ backed away.
"Baby...I was only joking." Angel laughed."Now, come here."
"You know...I think we should go find Ryan."Nick said.
"Yeah, we left him with Kevin. Ha...badidea." Danielle added.
"Don't go." Angel begged. "I need you hereto see this, Dani. We're best friends...remember?" Angel approached AJ andwrapped her arms around his waist. AJ looked to Nick for help. Angeljerked his head back to face her. She pulled him in and quicklyslipped her tongue into his mouth and frenched him passionately.
"Um...guys." Nick said. Angel threw AJ'shead back and kissed hisneck.
"Now, where did I put that damn thing." Shesaid to herself while looking through her purse. "Here it is." Angelsmiled as she pulled out a small pistol.
"Ang, what's that for?" AJ asked backing away from her.
"Well...first...I'm gonna kill you." She pointed the gun in his face.
"Then...her." She laughed as she waved the gun in Danielle'sdirection.
"Then...well, I haven't decided on Nickyet." Angel put the gun under her chin and thought. "Hmm...yeah, I'llkill him too. Why not?" She waved her arms in the air.
"Why, Angel?" AJ asked. "I thought you lovedme."
"I thought you loved me." Angel mockedwalking up to AJ. "I''m sure that's what Kara and Brooke thought when you wereshoving your dick into their pussy. You and your 'you're so beautiful'shit. How old was Kara again, AJ?" Angel tilted her head.
"Yeah, well she's dead now." Danielle pointedout.
"And it was SO funny!" Angel bent over inlaughter. "She goes, 'Annnnnnge--SMACK!' Oh, I laughed my head off. Ilove the sound of a young slut hitting the pavement from three storieshigh." Angel gazedoff.
"She wasn't a slut." AJ covered up.
"Oh, she wasn't? Hmm...AJ, that's funny. Thewhole restless drag to the balcony...Kara just couldn't stop apologizing.'I'm sorry. I thought he cared. I was a virgin. Don't kill mebecause I'm a slut.' Sorry, Kara." Angel shrugged her shoulders. "Too badthere wasn't a window for Brooke."
"Shut up." Danielle said.
"Although, it was funny watching her struggleto get to Brian. 'I...have...to...tell...him...I....love...him.'"Angel limped across the room mocking Brooke. "Kinda, funny, Brooke! Youfucked his best friend. That isn't love, babe. Talk about yourpsycho's. Whew!" Angel's eyes widened.
"Why Brian?" Nick asked.
"'Why Brian?'" Angel made fun of Nick."Because, Nicky, he knew the truth. Couldn't let the truth get out could we?"
"You were right." Nick looked to AJ.
"I did a pretty damn good job at framing you,hun." Angel pinched AJ's cheek. "It worked for a while. Until Brianfigured me out. I threatened him with his life. That worked too, untilhe had to go and get all sentimental on us." Angel rolled her eyes."Now, we see what happened to him." Angel looked into the bathroom."How's your bath, Brian?" She laughed. "Brian, was the easiest. Hewas so damn depressed..." Angel walked around.
"Don't do this, Angel." AJ begged.
"No, no. You shut your mouth."
"Why, Angel? What happened?" Danielle asked.
"You wanna know what happened, Dani?" Angelstressed her name. "What happened was we were best friends. Then, along comesKara and Brooke. The preps. The popular girls. The virgins." Angelleaned into Danielle's face. "So...when I become pregnant...Itell you three...out of trust that you'll support me. Now, what was thatthat Kara said? 'I can't believe you'd do that. You're only 18.'Yeah, well, it's better than 16. Of course there were the othercomments too. 'Nick and I always use protection.' 'Brian and I arewaiting till we're married.' Well, she sure as hell didn't wait for AJ.Just opened right up and let him in." Angel laughed.
"So, that'swhy I left. If I couldn't get support from my BEST friends why wouldhe support me?" She pointed the gun at AJ.
"I gave you me, AJ."Angel started to cry. "You said that everything would be okay. That Icould trust you. You told me that I was beautiful. It was all a lie. Islept with you so you wouldn't leave me."
"I wouldn't have left you, Angel." AJ toldher.
"Shut up!" She screamed in his face. AJclosed his eyes to block everything out. "Don't close you eyes, AJ. Wouldn'twanna miss anything." When AJ looked, Angel held the gun to herhead.
"Don't, Angel." Nick said.
"Why ruin a tradition?" Angel pulled thetrigger and fell to thefloor.
