Arthur Miller is famous for writing plays, fiction, and non fiction stories.  One of Arthur Miller's plays called Playing for Time was based on an autobiography of Fania Fenelon.  This play discussed Fania Fenelon's experiences during World War II.  It demonstrates how Fania lived as a Jew during this time period.  Dr. Menegele and Nazi officials realize they want a prisoner orchestra.  Fania and her friend, Marianne, are wanted in the orchestra for their musical experience.  The orchestra is led by a violenist named Alma Rose.  This orchestra is made up of mostly Jews with on a few non Jew Poles.  Fania eventually meets someone named Shmuel, who shares advice on how to survive.  This play was written in 1994.
A View From the Bridge is another play written by Arthur Miller.  This creation was written in 1998.  This play is about the Carbone family.  Eddie Carbone, a lawyer, helps take are of his wife's niece, Catherine.  He notices that he is feeling a sexual attaction to his neice.  His wife's cousins illegally enter the country in search of work.  The Carbones agree to take the cousins in.  Come to find out, Catherine begins dating one of the cousins, causing Eddie to get jealous.  Eddie finds out that the cousin Catherine is dating is a homosexual and is only dating her so he will not get sent home.  He immediately reports his cousins to the Immigration authorities, as an attempt to break the two up.  The cousin's older brother finds out what Eddie does and wants to make him pay.  He finds Eddie and tries to fight him.  Eddie pulls a knife and Marco, the older brother, takes the knife and kills Eddie with it.
