Here's all that I can figure out about that lovely game: NeoQuest.
-
First, remember to CONCENTRATE your Skills! Focus on two or three "spheres". I like to focus on: Life, Specteral and Shock. PLan carefully because the max level is 50, so you don't get any skill points after that! Fortitude is a VERY important skill later on, so don't forget it! Focus on life for your weapons. "Resurrection" isn't important if you don't plan on dying, so I wouldn't develop it! besides, dying isn't that big a deal. you just lose a bunch of experience points & go back to the center of the city.
-
Try to HUNT as much as possible! Hunting means experience, experience means a level up! When you go up a level you gain 5 hit points, are fully healed, and get a skill point! Spend that point wisely!
-
Go to the right side of the screen more often then to the left. I think the person who made the mazes is right-handed!
-
Don't destroy any item! There is no limit to what you can hold, and lots of these things come in handy along the way!
-
Now, first thing you should do is talk to the weapon maker in the city. The starting point in the city center is where he works. I'll tell you what he says, but with more detail:
- Head over to the "training grounds" east of the city. There you can go hunting and fight many enemies! Build up to at least level three before moving on, and stock up on healing potions!
- Now you are ready for the Dank Caves. Go North and East to the Hills of JubJub. The cave entrance is there, and there you will find the supplies to make a better weapon!
Dank Cave:
-
Stay in Hunting mode. Kill everything in sight! To speed up a fight, hit refresh a couple times after attacking. Each refresh is another attack! Just make sure you are in no danger of dying first.
-
Look at the map link above!
-
If you find that the meanies are too tough, go back up a layer! The deeper you go, the tougher the guys. Expect to have your level raised as you go along from all the fighting!
-
At the bottom of the cave is the "Maze" layer. Here is where the evil Wizard lives. Kill him and you get the ring you need to get the City Weaponsmith the make you a better rod! You should have gotten all the other supplies along the way from all the hunting. behind him is a teleporter to the opening of the cave!
-
Now, go back into the cave! Don't leave right away. Remember the part where the dirt starts to become stone flooring? go there. At the fisrt sign on stone, stock to the left-hand wall. At the very bottom of the wall there is a little Korbat in the corner. Go tell it you defeated the evil Wizard of the cave.
After You Beat the Cave:
-
You should have all the supplies for a better weapon! Go WSW to the city, to the center where the weaponsmith guy works. He'll tell you what you need for your kind of weapon. (I use a shock weapon). Give him that stuff! He'll give you the newer, better weapon!
-
Click on your item list to equip yourself with the new wand.
The Ruins:
-
Now go south, past the water to the Grarrl Jungle. Head east through the jungle's center to the Ruins
-
You better be buff! If you have trouble beating the guys around you, remember, just go back where you came from 'till you go up a level! You should be getting pretty high now. Keep hunting.
-
Enter on Ground Level and you can go straight forward to go up some stairs. That level is the first Tower level.
-
On the first Tower level there is a little wizard guy to the left. Talk to him. He says he'll make you an even better weapon! He also tells you about the structure of the ruins:
- Above you are the tower levels. To reach them you need the keys to open the locked doors.
- Below the Ground Floor are the dungeon levels where the keys are kept.
-
Go back to the stairs and you will find there some stairs that lead down into the dungeons. Each dungeon level has stronger and stronger monsters, and a big boss. The big boss holds the key you need! Three big bosses, three keys for the three doors to unock in the towers above.
1st dungeon level:
-
Now you have the items you need to get a new weapon from the wizard upstairs!

Dungeon Level 2:
-
This level is all about transporters!
-
Alls I can say is: when you see in the URL you have reached transporter number 10, yo are home free. When you get to the grass, just keep going up.
-
After this level you will have what you need for the Next power weapon! Go to the first tower level, back to the wizard and give him the stuff! Now you are ready for the next dungeon level.
Dungeon Level 3:
-
Don't use fireball on a fire lizard, inferno lizard, or the fiery lizard!
-
Go right till you get to the big room.
-
This one is tough... I know you have to go right and down mainly.Stick to the right edge as much as possible, & keep going DOWN! Then there's a thing where you pass water going left, around the bottom of the maze.
-
You will find a room with "Pomanna" an old kiko. She'll talk about "Korabric" who knows the secrets, and a lizard who looks like a man.
-
In her room, go through the upper left opening.
-
As much as you can, go up and to the right through all the forks, untill you reach a place with two forks going right. Take the lower one and go right, around the lake, and into the grey brick area!
-
Go down and defeat the bad guy, but do not take the teleporter right away if you want more info from Pomanna! You can go back and talk to her to find out more about what happened to that world!

Towers
-
Go back to the room where you got the got wand from the scholar, then through there to the center to the stairs for the next tower level.
-
Then next level has a bunch of empty rooms! Go right ASAP, then down! The door will be in a room to the left at the not quite bottom. Does that make sense?
-
Now you're in a grassy area with a path up, down, left and right. Go left, then up a bit. There's the last door!
- Down the hall & there's Korabric!
-
Korabric tells you how a reasercher went mad & made hundreds of lizard beasts., yadda yadda. Rollo Scaleback was the reasercher, yadda yadda. He can't tell you what the rusty medallion is. You have to tell him to help Palmona, the chia stuck down in the dungeons. Now move on throught the transporter!
After the dungeons
-
If you talk to the guy in the middle of the city, he'll tell you to take the medallion from the last dungeon guy to "Sunny Town" past the haunted woods (west) and the swamp.
Swamp Edge City
-
While you're in the swamp, check out swamp edge city! It's to the left(west) around the middle of the swamp! Talk to Rikti's brother, etc.
-
There are two desert creature quests here, so get thee to the desert!
-
The brother tells you Sunny City is in the mointains.
Desert
-
Now walk around the desert & gather items & gain a level, now go to the cave in the middle there.
-
I got the crystalized sand from a zomblie!
-
Now give over the stuff to one or both Swamp flok & you have a defense item of streangth 10!
Desert Cave/ Temple Roo
-
Talk to the crazy cybunny: Erick. He'll tell you some hullabaloo about how he need to get out of the cave, etc. One of the items he needs can only be made by the guy in Swamp Edge City! I suggest you go back & talk to the guy, let him tell you to get a living crystal, then get back to the cave/ temple.
-
The cave has only one path, so follow it to the temple area. You need to find a crystal golem, so go left past the small building between the long rooms with waters between them. The long water area has breaks in it.There in an opening in the middle-bottom. Go through that opening! You should be around level 26, I think. Crystal golems are all over this building, but so are temple watchmen, temple sentinals, and greater temple guards! Fight /em all!
- Get the crystal.
-
What you need to do now is take a look at this map. You need else you can get from the creatures all the gems you can! Stay in hunting mode!
- When yo get up the ramp ( be at level 30, reaching 31 at LEAST)there is a note that says:
A note says, "I have explored all that I can down here; there is nothing more to be learned. So I leave this note for any others who may venture down here in the future.
The Archmagus of Roo, an ancient wizard, has been trapped in these dungeons for ages. He is in a room in the southeast of the dungeon. It is locked, however, and the key is held by one of his servants, who is locked in a separate room. The key to THAT room, in turn, is held by yet another servant... in all, there are six keys that must be found before the Archmagus can be reached. The first key is held by a ghastly initiate, in the room immediately ahead of you. Get the key from him, and travel to the northeast corner of the dungeon, where you will find the next key. From there, you will need to travel to the southernmost room, and then to the room in the northwest, the room to the far east of here, and then the central room to acquire the key that will let you reach the Archmagus.
I do not know whether the Archmagus will be receptive to visitors, but somehow I doubt it. Even after all this time, he is still immensely powerful, so you must be cautious. Good luck, adventurer.
-- Udalin Stonebreaker"
- Go forward, then up & around to enter the room. Beware! The ones who hold the keys are invisable! STAY IN HUNTING MODE!
2nd key!
3rd!
4th!
5th!
6th!
boss!(causion: he's a level 31 with 200hp!)
-
ok, now you have the clouded gem(when you give it to Erick he will shine it up for you.) and everything you need for the Jewl of Power. Get to Swamp Edge City & give the stuff to Leberoitis & get the Jewl of Power. Now, just skip on down below the desert & get the oak staff! I got mine from a Plains Grrarl.
-
You should now have the elements for Erick to do his thing, so get yourself back yo him in the desert cave!
Techo Mountains
-
Below the desert are the Techo Mountains. The techo mountains have a cave that leads to the Sunny Town in the middle of the mountains! Be at LEAST a level 32 going on 33 before entering, and should gain two levels before leaving!
-
maps here and here.
-
Enter the cave & talk to the Jetsam, Mr.Irgo. He's a black market dealer & he wants body parts of stuff.
-
Stick to the right, and down.
-
You should be able to get all the drakoid parts & get a robe of Protection (strength=14)from My. Irgo!! So go back where you cames from, get the protection, then get back on track.
-
When you see the sand you've found the entrance! Now there is a choice of two other caves, yadda yadda, check out the over-all Techo Caves Map.

Sunny Town
-
Once here, talk to . He'll tell you what the rusty medallion is. Give it to him and it will change into the "Keladrian Medallion". This medallion will come in handy in Kal Panning!
-
Now you need ot go to the ruins called the "mountain fortress" to kick butt & get another weapon!
Mountain Fortress
-
Now go back to the fork that "collegemath.org" likes to call 4a. The map for it is here. Now get to them ruins!
-
When you get to a choice of two caves, pick the left one to get to the ruins! The other (lower) leads to the Grat Plains.
-
Yadda, yadda, map, yadda yadda... stairs!
-
Now you go up the ruins stairs & to the the entrance to the Mountain Fortress Ruins! Be at least level 39 going on 40. Enter & begin. If you like, take a look at this map
Levels 38 and 39
-
Just by killing one of those suckers there, I got an Inferno Robe and a Evening Sun Energy Shield!! Each is level 18 defense! The Inferno Robe refocuses your attack and does extra damage, and the Evening Sun Energy Shield reflects the energy of your opponent when he hits you! SWEET! I suggest the inferno robe.
-
Go down and you will see several openings.
-
To the left there is a big room with a bunch of tables & chairs where I found my first elemental:
a Shock Elemental. Level 39.
-
Going down from there you will see an ugly yellow baddie you can go destroy (that is if you are level 41...): the Guardian of Shock Magic!

-
Warning! This guy can drain you of 70 life to add to itself and stun you for 4 rounds! Have healing potions handy!
-
Destroy him & get the "Thunderstar Staff", which does 20 damage.
-
Go back to the main hallway & go to the right opening instead. Go through the south opening. The northeast rooms are empty, so SSE you go. You'll start to find the other elementals & baddies! In this room:
A spectral elemental. To the SSE:
the Guardian of Spectral Magic.
-
Even if you don't need the specttral weapon, beat him up for the experience points! Beat 'em all up! Together they will give up 2,500 experience points!
-
After the Spectral Guardian, go back to the main hallway and down to the next western room.
-
This room leads out to the sand. Here's where you'll find:
a fire elemental and to the South
the Guardian of Fire Magic
-
Beat 'em up, move on. To the east is a room that leads to grass. Here you find:
life elemental and to the south:
the Guardian of Life Magic
-
Last, but not least, the Ice folk in the west part of the southern room:
and
-
You'll be a level 42 before it's all over!
-
Now you are ready to go to Kal Panning to confront it's zombie leader! To get there you need to go through the Great Plateau...
The Great Plateau
-
To get to the Great Plateau go back to the bottom of the ruins area. Now go back to where you had two choices. You chose the rightmost one before, now take the lower one!
-
When you reach a fork, just keep going down. Don't take the right fork. Keep going down 'till you can't go down anymore! Now go right & keep going right 'till you can't go right anymore! Now go down 'till you reach grass and an exit!!!
-
Now you see another town outside on the other side of some mountains! You are in The Great Plateau.

-
If you move right and up, there is a cave entrance. If you Keep right untill you reach the Ancient Foothills, there is another entrance. Down for there through the Temperate Grassland and the Forest of Frost to the Wild Tundra. You can go North East to the Pearl Coast & Eastern Glade & eastern ring, etc, but be at least level 38!

- Deep in the Eastern Glade lies another city surrounded by water! This is the city of Kal Panning! Go to Sunny Town BEFORE Kal Panning.
-
Go into the second cave entrance... the one over the tundra. You can see another entrance above it beyond some mountains.
-
Inside you will imediatly see a red techo! He is the Gatekeeper. Go talk to him. He'll tell you this is the door to the Two Rings, that has been locked.
-
Now go back untill you see another entrance (above water).
-
After you go in through the cave above the water you can go up & if you go go you will find a grey brick area. Anyhoo, you'll see grey brick and fight giant drakonids, but this area is pretty dererted otherwise, so just keep going.

-
When you see grey brick go on in. You should be at, like, level 40 AT LEAST.
Kal Panning
-
Be at least level 42 before entering the dead city of Kal Panning!
-
map
-
When you find the boss (BS in the map) just show her the medallion & she'll be defeated!
-
Talk to her ghost& she'll tell you what's up. You'll get the key to the two rings from her, so you'll have to go back to the guardian.
-
The city is no longer dead now! No more zombies to fight! Now go to that cave entrance you passed to the east, where the two rings are protected & kill those baddies!
The two Rings
-
Before you enter, be at least level 43!!! Once you enter you can't leave, so if you don't feel ready, train around the plateau. There are pleanty of creatures of level 38, so go hunting in the tundra or the forests.
-
Map
-
Hunt around the first circle untill you reach level 44.
-
In the fisrt ring, hunt untill you reach level 45.
-
In the secod ring, hunt untill you reach 46 (or 47, even better!).
-
Now the really dangerous part begins! I hope you're stocked up on healing potions! Enter the Palace!
The Palace
-
Map
-
Don't let your HP drop very far because the locals have a tendancy to steal 100 of your hit points and heal themselves with them!

these guys may look small, but they can kick your aisha!
-
Build up to level 47 (at least) while you make your way to the stairs.

There once was a chia who spent

He'd work real hard

So I just put in his head a dent!
-tinita_f ;)

As you approach the door where the stairs are, you'll meet these lovely folks:
