Buffalo Chicken Pita Folds

1 tbsp. oil |
¾ lb. chicken breast strips |
1/3 cup purchased hot wings sauce |
2 cups purchased coleslaw blend |
4 pita fold breads |
4 tbsp. purchased blue cheese salad dressing |
4 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese |

- Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium high heat until hot. Add chicken strips; cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Add sauce; cook and stir until bubbly. Remove from heat. Add coleslaw blend; toss to coat with sauce.
- Spoon chicken mixture down center of each pita bread. Top each with 1 tablespoon salad dressing and 1 tablespoon cheese. Fold pita bread around filling; secure with toothpick or wrap in napkin.

Hot wings sauce is very spicy. For a milder flavor, combine half ketchup and half hot wings sauce to make 1/3 cup.
Hot wings sauce can usually be found near the condiments at the supermarket.
Ingredient substitution:
Thinly sliced napa cabbage can be used in place of the coleslaw blend.
