1. Award recipient is chosen solely at the discretion of crazyevildru and Organized Insanity, however we will take recommendations.

2. We do not discriminate between nor do we favor slash, het, different ratings, pairings or authors. Any BtVS or Ats fiction is eligible provided it exemplifies excellence and meets the criteria.

3. An author can win multiple times for a different fiction- provided it meets the criteria.

4. Recommended fiction does not need to be new or recent or only found in one place and an author CAN nominate his/her own fiction! It can be a fiction from two years ago that has won twenty other awards and is on every fiction archive on the internet and it can still be MADLY EXCELLENT! However, we would LOVE to recognize some lesser known authors and fictions as well as the already popular!

5. PLEASE NOTE : We will NOT entertain fiction with ANY graphic noncensensual activites (including bloodplay, sex, torture, BDSM and rape). We will also NOT endorse or condone any type of underage sexual fiction. If it is rated NC17, then everyone involved in the NC17 activity, should be 17 or older (clearly marked).

6. If a fiction is misrated, it is at crazyevildru's discretion to eliminate the fiction as a choice, or notify the author. For a rating's guide, click here.

7. Fiction must be spellchecked, grammar checked and betaed. Fiction that is written poorly will not be considered and this is at the discretion of crazy evil dru.

8. Fiction does not have to be archived at a website or message board to be considered. Simply send the fiction (crazyevildru@yahoo.com) with the subject of FIC FOR ME award.

9. Fiction must be COMPLETE if the entire thing is to be considered, however crazyevildru *will* entertain one *part* of a fiction, if it is able to be understood separate of the rest of the fiction.
