2: If you do have a site though, it does not have to be Harry Potter Related in any way shape or form.
3: You must be a fan of the evil men in the Harry Potter books and/or movies.
4: NO porn or anything offensive ( I will be checking )
5: You must subscribe under the correct section, if not I will look at your site and decide where it should go.
6: You can have a free site ( angelfire, geocities, tripod, etc.. ) since I do too. And I know not everyone is an HTML genious, but please show SOME skills!
7: To make sure you read these, put "moo." in the section that says "What do ducks say?".
8: You must have my code up somewhere I can find it. It doesn't have to be on the splash page, but please don't have me searching all day!!!

Personal: About you. If your site has a blog, sign up under blog, not personal. Thanks.
Blog: Daily, weekly, etc listing of what goes on, your thoughts, test outcomes, etc...
Clique: A collection of sites that have to do with one subject, not all your own sight.
Dolls: Cartoon Doll related.
Fansite: A site dedicated to an actor/show/movie/etc...
Webring: A collection of sites on the web. A listing of sites that do not belong to you. It's basically a clique without a topic.
Other: Anything else.
