Bio: I have 1 younger brother and 1 older sister. My brother loves fishing and hunting, and my sister is living in Ocala, FL training horses. I used to like horses too, but my life changed when I watched my first NASCAR race. =) My dream is to be Miss Winston someday (of course that might not happen becuse you have to be 25 and I don't want to wait that long =) and marry a NASCAR driver.
Some people wonder why I would ever want to marry someone in such a dangerous sport. Well, I'll tell you.
Jeff Gordon has been a huge inspiration in my life by the way he lives as Christian example in Winston Cup. I would like to be an example someday like he and Brooke are. He thanks God after every race he wins, and has a great relationship with Brooke. I would like to somehow "carry that on" and inspire other young people as he has me by the way I live. Plus, I just totally love it. It's something that can't be described, but you either love or hate this sport. And I love it.
How I became a Jeff Gordon fan: I was at my Grandma's house (sure, blame it on her!) in October of '99 watching my first NASCAR race. My Grandma had always talked about Jeff, but I never was interested. But, when I watched that race in October, and better yet, when I saw Jeff go on to WIN that race, I was totally hooked. I was hoarse from cheering!! It's been about 2 years now. I wish I would have known him earlier for the 3 Championships... =)
