The statistics amply proves that the Planets do influence events on earth including the markets. However, very little is known on the subject and as such no one is able to predict any event/ market with cent percent accuracy and consistency. The author is using a different approach. This is an indirect and simple method. Outright accurate predictions are difficult. However, with this approach, the users can get a kind of feel regarding movement of markets and individual stocks in the coming days. The 'feel' gathered through this method coupled with technicals can lead to an advantageous position at user level. An understanding of the basics is necessary for effective use of the method. The basics are discussed below :

All Planets are moving along the Zodiac with different speeds. Each remain in one sub-division of the Zodiac for certatin period and then shifts to the other.
These Planets are influencing the movement of the markets and the price of individual stocks.
The influence of each Planet depends on its strength/ weakness, the power to influence. And the strength/ weakness depends on its position in the sub-division of the Zodiac.
Suppose a Planet is in 'x' sub-division for the period of next 5 days and the market/price of a specific stock started moving upward on the day when it entered the sub-division 'x'. It is an indication that the strength of this Planet is good for the market/ the specific stock and therefore it would give positive results till it is positioned in the sub-division 'x'. In this manner, we can get a 'kind of feel' about movement of the market/ price of the specific individual stock for the coming 5 days. Later when it enters sub-division 'y', we will note its influence, good or bad. Such influence would continue till it remains in sub-division 'y'.
The crux of use of this cosmo analysis method lies in the above point. However, the matter is not so simple. Not only one but many Planets are influencing the price simultaneously. They are shifting from one to other divisions on different dates and therefore we have to consider the influence of all those Planets simultaneously. The following illustration would help to elaborate on this issue. Historic data of movement of Sensex is taken for the purpose of this illustration.

Please see the colorful table carefully. In this table, the movement of each Planet is represented by a color bar in a column. The moving Planets are named as MP 1, Mp 2, Mp 3,…… MP 8.

While moving, the Planets shift from one sub-division of the Zodiac to the other. The shifting to the new position is indicated by change of color in the column.
For example, MP 1 shifted from one to the other sub-division on 5^th Jan. 05. It is indicated by change of color from blue to red in the column marked ‘1’ and the row representing the date 5^th Jan. 05. It remained in the same position till 17^th Jan. and accordingly the color in the column ‘1’ is shown as red till 17^th. It again shifted on 18^th Jan. and this change of position is indicated by change of color from red to green.
Similarly MP 2 shifted on 10^th Jan and it is indicated by change of color from blue to red in the column marked ‘2’ and the row representing the date. Likewise changes in positions of 8 Planets are shown in this table.
Please note that the name of color is not significant. Different colors are being used just to indicate the change in positions.
MP1 shifted to a new position on 5^th Jan. 05 and the market moved sharply downwards. While observing the slide in the market on 5^th Jan. and noting the change in the position of MP1, the author was getting a kind of feel that MP1 is adverse for the market till at least 17^th and that a considerable up move would be difficult till at least 17^th. Minor relief was possible on account of changes in positions of other Planets during this period.
MP4 shifted to a new position on 7^th and a little relief was felt. However, the positions of MP2 & MP3 changed on the very next day. These positions also proved un favorable. The ‘feel that this a bad period till at least 17^th was getting strengthened. However, the change in MP1 on 18^th also didn’t prove favorable. The next change was due on 25^th. In this scenario, the author was getting a ‘feel’ that wait till 25^th.
The change in the position of MP1 on 25^th proved favorable and the market regained its strength. Next change in MP1 was due on 14^th March and therefore it was considered probable that market would move up and up till 14^th March and finally it so happened.
For simplification, only MP1 positions are discussed in the above para just to give an idea on ‘how we can gather a kind of feel’ for near future. However, not only MP1 but other Planets are also playing role. The author would discuss exhaustively while giving observations on the next page on current market vs. Planetary changes .

There are few rules for guessing the role of changing positions on the movement of markets and the individual stocks as follows :
Though any Planet can assume significance for the market or an individual stock. However, in general, MP1, MP2, MP3 & MP4 are most important. Generally their influence becomes more piercing, deep rooted and longing. The influence of other MPs viz. MP5 to MP8 remains superficial.
Sometimes MP1, MP2, MP3 or MP4 can start giving results of a new position even 1-2 days before shifting to the position. This happens on account of parallax.
Moon, the fastest moving Planet shifts to the new positions every few hours. Since changes are frequent, even sometimes twice/ thrice a day, the positions are not given in this table.
While MP1, MP2,.... MP8 provides specific trend for few days, any time if positional strength of Moon becomes contrary to the strength of other MPs on account of its shifting, opposite results occur during the period of those few hrs. until it shifts to a good position. Here this is to point out that even if MPs are strong and the market is moving up, a down side is probable any time for few hrs. slots on account of shifting of Moon. Like-wise for bad strength of MPs and good strength of Moon, though market may be in down trend but some relief would be seen as and when Moon shifts to the good position. Intra-day ups-dns generally take place on this account.
