Since there are so many great web pages on the web, I've decided to start an award program. To qualify for this award, you must have the following:
1) No profanity
2) Suitable for all ages (no pornography)
3) No messages encouraging any type of animal abuse or illegal activity
4) Should not be a page only of links
5) No more than 3 broken links
6) Text should be easy to read! (i.e. No yellow text on white background)
7) Pages should not take too long to load
8) If page has frames, please have option to break out of them
9) If you win the award, please link back to the homepage

Notice that I didn't mention anything about the site having to be about a certain topic. This is because I think that all sites should deserve an equal chance at this and it would be a shame for such wonderful sites to be left out ^_^. However, the page should at least be partly developed, not just a little writing. If you win this award, you will be added onto my "Award Winners" page located here so that others may view it too. Also, I have one more thing to ask. When applying for this award, I am hoping that you have also visited my page. I should hope that people don't come here as part of their route on the ring, applying for every award they can. Thanks ^_^
