1.) The main topic of this section was that Jesus is the true model of Faith. His radical beliefs, whether it be to love one's enemy's or do good to those who persecute you, are so unlike any other beliefsand teachings at the time, or before his time, that they can only point to Jesus' divinity and the truth of his statements, however illogical they sometimes might seem. Jesus acted according to the beatitudes he preached, which seem not to make any sense, but they exemplify what it means to do things for God. While Jesus usually seems like a "larger than life" man, he continuously acts humbly and graciously, even among the apostles, who were rough uneducated fishermen. St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Augustine, and numerous other saints and holy people can show others proofs of Jesus being true man and God, but I believe that for one person to truly and honestly say that they accept Jesus as a man-God, they need to look at their own life's events and try to be honest to that evidence. All else, I believe, just does not compare to a personal and reflective relationship to one's God.

2.) a) A key idea of this section is that Jesus is both true man and true God. We often view him as someone whom we can only imagine being around, but when he was alive he hung out with everyone, from the stupid fishermen to the most educated people in the society. He had the same feelings and emotions as all of us, but he perfected his humanity in not sinning, just as we are all asked to do. He was tempted in the desert, he was angered in the temple, and he was sympathetic to the sick and outcast, but still he rose from the dead and performed miracles the world has since never seen. In the end though, we can only judge Jesus to be what we want him to be with thoughtful and careful consideration to what our humanity means to us and how we act out our daily lives.
b) In this section, we also learned about theories, which show God's existence. One of the arguments was the Anthropic Principle. This argument states that there are so many different and diverse levels of the universe, and all have to work together so that life might be possible, so the odds of the universe being completely random and coming forth from chaos just are not logical. The universe is so ordered, the principle states, that it must have had a creator or some being with greater intelligence, and this therefore proves the existence of some God, though it does not even come close to stating if any religion's God, or gods, can be proven to be THE Creator.
c) One other major point this secton discussed were the five basic inclinations of human nature. They are human's want to seek happiness, preserve oneself in existence, preserve the species, to live in community with others, and to use intellect and will in knowing the truth and making the right decisions regarding the truth. All these human inclinations can be summed up in the United States Constitution's words, "Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness." In reflecting on these basic human tendencies, we come to the astounding conclusion that in sinning, humans go again their nature, and they reject expressing themselves in a natural way when they sin.
3.) This picture is quite moving for me in seeing Jesus as both true man and true God:

4.) The one answer I would tell anyone who asked me "Who do you think Jesus is?" would be, "Jesus is the Son of God and at the same time, He was true Man. He is the person whom I base my life on, who I try to model everyday of my life, and even though I fail often, He is my God, and I know he will forgive me in my failures and reward me in his infinite mercy." 1
